Terms of Use

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your name and email address)
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Platform allows you to browse, enroll in, and manage dance workshop registrations. By enrolling in a workshop, you agree to the following:

• Enrollment Commitment: Workshop enrollment constitutes a commitment to attend. Spaces are limited and your enrollment reserves a spot.
• Payment: If a workshop requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of enrollment. All fees are in US Dollars.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by workshop. Review the specific workshop details before enrolling.
• Physical Activity: Dance workshops involve physical activity. You participate at your own risk and should consult a physician if you have health concerns.
• Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants at all times.

You may provide content to the Platform, including your profile information, bio, and profile image ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant SHÉNOVA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Does not contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material
• Does not contain viruses or malicious code
• Is not spam or misleading content

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by SHÉNOVA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The SHÉNOVA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of SHÉNOVA.

Workshop content, choreography, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of SHÉNOVA and/or our instructors. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SHÉNOVA does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any costs associated with servicing your equipment due to your use of the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, SHÉNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SHÉNOVA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Pending workshop enrollments may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
